The coconuts used in Cocofiji Coconut oil are not collected from one plantation, they are collected wildly from coconut trees planted many years ago in Fiji. Cocofiji coconut oil is extracted from fresh coconut flesh and is not copra derived. Our coconut oil is made within 1 hour of cracking the coconut. It has a rich natural coconut taste and beautiful smell. It is cholesterol-free and contains medium-chain good fats with 54% Lauric Acid which has been linked to lowering cholesterol and weight loss.
