At Cocofiji, we aim to deliver to you what we believe to be the best virgin coconut oil in Australia. It is best in our opinion because it empowers local communities in Fiji. It is hand made using very low heat under 46 degrees. It is virgin and cold pressed, meaning the fresh meat of the coconut is pressed to produce the oil in an average of 1 hour from cracking the coconut. It is wild harvested meaning it doesn’t come from a farm and is sourced from a natural ecosystem. It is organic and has been tested for 130 chemicals of which not are evident as one would expect from the pristine environment of Fiji. Shipping Australia

Cocofiji is shipped in Australia only. We do not have enough stock to ship internationally as Cocofiji is in limited supply due to its hand-made nature of manufacturing. Shipping in Australia is free of charge. We believe in a fair go for all and will pay for all shipping within Australia. As we wish to ensure that goods are spread to as many people in Australia as possible online orders are limited to $2000 per month per person.

Refund and returns policy

Cocofiji will refund any product which is damaged or faulty in any way. It is our responsibility to ensure that the product gets to you in a proper state. Should it be damaged during transport, we will take it up with our transport companies.

Please send a photo of the damaged product. Please send your email to sales@cocofiji.com.au

All refunds will be credited back to your bank account. Cocofiji will not require to see the physical product and a picture will be enough for our purpose. Should we require to see the product and believe the error to be on our part, we will pay for the postage.

Out of stock items

Should a product be out of stock, Cocofiji will advise the customer and either await the products availability before sending the order or substituting the product where available.
